Message	But the reason one would do that is to save the vendor face, give them a chance to make good w/ the customer without having any bad publicity. And interestingly...Greg gets nothing but good publicity from it. And I'm sure he deserves it- I just find it funny that this kind of post turns into good PR for him b/c of the current drama going on. Staying away from all the BS has really payed off for Greg D.'s image.
